Payment details: We do not store or process your card details. All payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe. We only store the payment status and the total amount paid.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage bookings
• To communicate with you regarding your booking or account
• To share your contact details (full name, email, phone number) with the tour Operator for the booked tour so they can provide further details and arrangements
• To generate internal statistics and reports (without identifying you personally)
• To send newsletters and promotional offers only if you have given your explicit consent

Sharing of Information

We share your data only when necessary:

• With Operators — only for confirmed bookings, so they can contact you about your tour
• With third-party service providers, including:
  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for hosting and data storage
  • Google Analytics — for website usage statistics
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — for sending emails and newsletters (only to users who have subscribed)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account exists or until you delete it.

If you do not have an account, booking-related data is retained until you request deletion.

You can delete your account and all related data at any time through the platform's settings.
