Day 1Arrival in Iquitos and Journey to Tahuayo Lodge

Arrive in Iquitos where the Amazonia Expeditions team will meet you at the airport or your hotel. Travel by speedboat for up to four hours along the Amazon River and Tahuayo tributary to reach Tahuayo Lodge. After a lodge orientation and meeting your private guide, an afternoon or evening wildlife excursion can be arranged depending on your arrival time.
